Resetting Your Password on Smarty PANCE

If you’re having trouble logging in or have forgotten your Smarty PANCE password, follow these steps to reset it and regain access to your account.


How to Reset Your Password

1️⃣ Go to the login page and click “Lost your password?”

2️⃣ Enter your email or username and click “Get New Password”

3️⃣ Check your inbox for an email with reset instructions

4️⃣ Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password

Sometimes, password reset emails from smartypance.com may be filtered into spam or even blocked—especially if you're using a school-issued email.

Reset Password But Still Can’t Log In?

If you’ve reset your password but still can’t log in, try these fixes:

Disable browser password managers (e.g., LastPass, Chrome autofill) – these may override your new password

Try logging in using Incognito Mode to bypass autofill issues

Ensure you’re entering your new password correctly

Reset your password again if necessary
