How do I access the QBank?
For new members:
For anyone who signed up for Smarty PANCE on or after February 28, 2025, you will have received an email with your username, password, and registration link ("accept invitation") for the QBank. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

Do I need a separate login for the QBank?
Yes! Your QBank credentials are different from your Smarty PANCE login. If you haven’t received them, reach out to support@smartypance.com for assistance.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page at exams.smartypance.com and follow the prompts.
How else can I access the QBank?
You can access the QBank at exams.smartypance.com
In addition to this URL, you can also access the QBank from:
- Member's Launchpad – Click your username in the upper corner to find the "QBank Login" option on the members launchpad.
Navigating the QBank
Where can I find pre-built exams?
All pre-built exams are located in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the QBank dashboard. This includes system-specific exams, 225 Question exams, End of Rotation (EOR) exams, etc.
How do I pause, end, and restart an exam later?
- Pause Exam: Click the “Pause” button at the top right of the exam interface.
- End Exam: Click “End Exam” when you’re ready to finish.
- Resume Exam: You can find paused exams in the "Attempts" section and continue where you left off.
Using the QBank
How do I create a custom practice test?
- Go to the Custom Practice Mode section.
- Select your blueprint category, organ system, topic, and difficulty level.
- Choose the number of questions you want to include.
- Click “Start Practice” to begin.
Do the questions link to Smarty PANCE lessons?
Yes! Every question is tagged and linked directly to the relevant Smarty PANCE lesson for deeper review. Just click the “Learn More” button under the explanation.
How do I use daily quizzes?
- Click “Daily Quiz” on the homepage.
- These are quick, timed 5-question quizzes designed for daily practice.
Can I choose difficulty levels for questions?
Yes! You can select:
- Easy – Short vignettes
- Medium – Moderate-length questions
- Difficult – Longer, complex vignettes
What are the different test modes available?
- Custom Practice Mode – Choose topics, difficulty, and question count.
- Mock Exams – Full-length PANCE/PANRE-style exams for a realistic test experience.
- Daily Quizzes – Short, focused quizzes to keep you on track.
- Adaptive Learning Mode – Questions adjust based on performance to target weak areas.
- Flashcards – Over 3,500 flashcards to reinforce key concepts.
Can I track my progress?
Yes! The Advanced Analytics Dashboard tracks your strengths, weaknesses, and overall performance over time.
- Engagement Tracker: Shows the number of questions answered per topic.
- Knowledge Assessment: A radar graph indicating performance by system.
- Score Progress: Monitors improvements over time.
- Flashcard Analytics: Tracks learning and review status.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
I didn’t receive my login credentials. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, email support@smartypance.com and we’ll resend your credentials.
I’m having trouble logging in.
- Double-check that you’re using the correct QBank credentials (not your Smarty PANCE login).
- Try resetting your password.
- If the issue persists, contact support@smartypance.com.
The QBank isn’t loading correctly.
- Refresh the page or try a different browser (Chrome works best).
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
I found a mistake in a question. How do I report it?
You can report any question for review directly in the QBank, or email details to support@smartypance.com.

Can I review my past quizzes?
Yes! Your past tests and performance breakdowns are stored under “My Performance” in the dashboard.
How often are new questions added?
We are continuously updating the QBank with new questions, flashcards, and improved explanations based on user feedback.
Can I use the QBank on mobile?
Yes! The platform is fully responsive and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Go to exams.smartypance.com. Click the arrow in the upper right hand of of the URL on your mobile device, then click "add to home screen" to save this as a mobile app on your device.
Can I take notes within the QBank?
Yes! You can take and save notes:
- Click “Take Notes” while answering questions.
- Highlight important details and save notes under the relevant system.
- Access your notes anytime under the “My Notes” section in the dashboard.
What is the Virtual PANCE/PANRE Exam?
- These are full-length practice exams designed to simulate the actual test.
- Includes lab values, timed breaks, and a test tutorial just like the real PANCE/PANRE.
- Timed and scored for a realistic experience.
